TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cytoix Cosmetics website and purchases from Cytoix Cosmetics. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and permitted use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Products and color appearance
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Duochrome and multichrome eyeshadows change with lighting, viewing angle, skin tone, application method, camera, and screen settings. Minor differences in color shift, shimmer, texture, packaging, batch appearance, or screen rendering do not constitute a defect. Product results vary by user and application. Cosmetics are for external use only; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Prices, payment, taxes, and duties
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to the order. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Orders and fraud prevention
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order where permitted, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, sanctions or compliance concerns, abnormal quantities, payment risk, or an undeliverable address. We may request reasonable verification before fulfillment. Orders may be cancelled by the customer only within 15 minutes after placement and before fulfillment begins, whichever is earlier.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, public authorities, incomplete addresses, import procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Customers must monitor tracking, cooperate with customs, and accept delivery. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid duties, failed delivery, or non-collection may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Returns and refunds
Returns, exclusions, evidence requirements, charges, deadlines, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Opened, used, tested, swatched, or unsealed cosmetics are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Sale, promotional, and clearance products are final sale except where defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Prohibited conduct
You may not submit false claims, abuse chargebacks, impersonate another person, use stolen payment details, scrape or copy the site, introduce malicious code, bypass security, infringe intellectual property, or misuse product images, reviews, or content. We may suspend service, preserve evidence, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities when fraud or abuse is suspected.

Intellectual property
All trademarks, product names, photographs, videos, text, graphics, packaging designs, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Cytoix Cosmetics. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Third-party services
The store may use Shopify, PayPal, carriers, analytics, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their services, terms, outages, and processing are outside our control. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties not expressly stated by us. Cytoix Cosmetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by misuse, allergic sensitivity, unauthorized modification, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Cytoix Cosmetics against losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or misuse of products.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller in Chongqing, China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith through the store contact page. Where permitted, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Chongqing, China.

Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively alter completed orders unless required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
